• 120 g tomato ketchup
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoon ketchup (curry spice ketchup)
• 50 ml water
• 2 tablespoon curry powder
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, grained
• 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

1. Briefly heat the oil with tomato ketchup and water in a saucepan (do not boil!). Now add the other ingredients, stir everything well and only bring to the boil briefly and season to taste.
2. Tip: To prevent the sauce from becoming too bitter, use sweet ketchup, as the others contain more brandy vinegar and this makes the sauce bitter. Otherwise just use a little more sugar.
