Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas with the milk very well. Mix all ingredients well until the batter forms light bubbles.
  2. Bring the salted water to the boil, use a spaetzle slicer to drive the dough into the boiling water. Bring to the boil briefly and remove from the water.
  3. Toss in a little butter before serving.
