Bring salted water to the boil, add rice and cook until cooked.
Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion, cut the meat into small pieces. Fry both briefly in hot oil so that the meat remains juicy. Season with salt, pepper, curry and paprika powder.
Drain the peaches, catching the juice. Now stir the broth into the peach juice and add to the meat and onions. Bring everything to the boil briefly, then add the coconut milk. Now add the peas. Bring to the boil again, then stir in curry paste and peanut butter. Put the peaches in the sauce and let it become creamy. Season if necessary.
Arrange the rice on a plate, add the sauce.
The curry also tastes vegetarian, of course. I replace the meat with peppers.
