To prepare, put all the ingredients in individual bowls and bring the deep fryer to temperature. For the coleslaw, mix the farmer`s salad and the drained coleslaw in a bowl.
Put some oil in a pan and heat it up. Put a saucepan on the stove and fill it with the ketchup. Mix with the cola and orange juice. Heat briefly but do not bring to the boil. Stir in the apricot jam. Add sugar and cayenne pepper. Finally, add a few tablespoons of curry powder, depending on your taste. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer for a minute.
While the sauce is simmering, add the currywurst to the pan and fry for 6 minutes. Fry the fries in the hot fat at approx. 175 degrees for 6 minutes.
