Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a little oil in a pan for about 5 minutes, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
Sweat the diced onion in the pan until translucent. Deglaze with the wine and add the tomatoes, the tomato paste and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything and let it boil down until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper, curry and cayenne pepper. Now add the sausage again and let it get hot.
