Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a large saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Reduce the heat. Now cut the onion into cubes and add. Then cut the peppers into cubes and add them. Add tomato paste, meat stock and gypsy sauce and season well with pepper, curry and garlic. Let the pot simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with baguette or french fries.
