Cut the carrots into thick slices, dice the kohlrabi. Cook both together in a little salted water until al dente.
Hard boil the eggs.
In the meantime, cut the sausages, peppers and cucumber into small pieces. Pour 3 tablespoon of the sausage stock with 3 tablespoon of the cucumber stock over it.
Strain the vegetables, dice the eggs and add both warm. Mix carefully with Miracle Whip, 1 teaspoon vinegar and the curry. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Eat warm.
