Instructions

  1. Prepare a fruit base form by coating the raised center with a thin layer of butter and covering it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (hot air).
  2. For the dough, beat the eggs in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer on the highest setting for 1 minute until frothy. Mix sugar and vanilla sugar and sprinkle in a minute while stirring. Beat the mixture for another 2 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and stir in briefly on the lowest setting. Spread the dough on the prepared fruit base dish and place in the oven for 8 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the dough from the edge and immediately turn it onto the work surface or a cooling rack. Let the base cool down and carefully peel off the parchment paper.
  4. After cooling, spread a thin layer of jam on the fruit base. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet and spread it on the fruit base while it is still hot.
  5. Let cool and cut into 12 pieces.
