Put the flour and the other ingredients in a bowl one after the other and knead into a dough with a hand mixer, then knead a little more with your hands. Shape the dough into a 2 cm thick roll and cut into 1 cm thick pieces. Shape the dough pieces into rolls and then bend them into croissants and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Push into the middle of the preheated pipe.
Baking temperature; 180 degrees
Baking time: approx. 12 min.
Mix icing sugar with vanilla sugar and sprinkle with it on the still hot croissants.
