- First prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Stir the pudding cold so that it does not pull the skin.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Drain the pineapple pieces, collecting a little juice.
- Add a little pineapple juice to the cold-stirred pudding. Not too much so the pudding doesn`t get too runny.
- Fold the cream into the pudding and finally fold in the pineapple pieces.
- Chill until ready to serve.
