Using the milk, vanilla pudding powder and sugar (2 heaped tablespoons more than what is written on the pudding package), cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Stir the pudding every now and then while it cools so that no skin forms. When the pudding is thick and creamy, stir in the low-fat quark.
Strawberry puree, berries or just a few chocolate sprinkles go well with it.
