Instructions

  1. Bring 450 ml milk with the sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil. Mix the rest of the milk with the cornstarch, stir into the boiling milk and allow to thicken. Let cool and stir every now and then so that no skin forms on the pudding.
  2. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark with the cream and when the pudding has cooled down, gradually fold it in.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Pureed strawberries or blueberries go well with it. Simply puree these in a blender and add sugar to taste.
