Instructions

  1. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions with the 3 tablespoons of sugar (if you want to save calories, you can also use liquid sweetener and taste the sweetness). Then they put the pudding in a large glass bowl and stir it to prevent skin from forming.
  2. Now stir in the fruit yoghurt or quark with a whisk so that it mixes completely with the pudding. Chill the cream until it is firm with a spoon. Now it can be served.
  3. You can easily refine the cream with fruits to match the yoghurt taste. Simply stir in before cooling. Or take cherries out of the glass and prepare the pudding with half milk and half cherry juice. Or add chocolate chips / sprinkles.
  4. I`ve also made the cream with yogurt with cereals. Tastes very good and you still have something to chew on. The imagination knows no limits. Always tastes in the right combination and does more than what is behind it.
