- Chop walnuts. Caramelize approx. 80 g sugar in a pan and add the nuts.
- Place the nuts on baking paper and smooth out, break the cooled walnut caramel into small pieces.
- Puree the defrosted berries with the remaining sugar.
- Mix the quark, vanilla yoghurt, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice, layer alternately with the fruit and caramel in glasses.
