• 500 g quark
• 200 g sour cream
• 300 g natural yourt
• 3 banana (s)
• 400 g raspberries, frozen
• 10 meringues, mini
• Honey, or sugar

Instructions

1. Mash the bananas and mix with the quark, yoghurt and sour cream.
2. Crumble the mini meringues and mix with the quark cream, refine with honey or sugar (depending on your taste).
3. Arrange in glasses and dessert bowls:

5. 2nd layer of frozen raspberries
6. 3rd layer of cream
