Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in the oil. Add the flour and sweat. Dissolve the stock cube in the water (as an alternative, of course, a good meat stock, etc. ), add and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the paprika powder. Rub the garlic in a mortar with a little salt and add to the soup. Cut the cooked tripe into bite-sized strips and add. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with marjoram and serve.
