Instructions

  1. Moisten the rusk well with water, let the moisture soak in a little.
  2. Wash, grate and season the tomato, then spread on the rusks.
  3. Crumble the feta and place on top of the tomato on the rusks.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the topped rusks, pour the oregano over the top, place the olive in the middle and serve the rusks as a starter or snack.
