Whip the cream. Mix the quark and mascarpone with the powdered sugar. Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
Turn the ladyfingers one by one in milk and place in a mold (the mold should have a high rim). Distribute half of the quark mixture on the ladyfingers, place half of the raspberries on top (do not defrost beforehand). Then again biscuits, quark mass, raspberries - stop with quark.
