Instructions

  1. Remove the green from the flowers picked in the midday sun. Just put the yellow in 300 ml of water, add the lemon cut into pieces, bring everything to a boil and simmer for half an hour.
  2. Press the brew through a tea towel into a wide saucepan. Add the sugar, bring to the boil again and simmer openly for half an hour. It makes about 330 ml of syrup. Mix the syrup with 400 ml of schnapps and fill into a bottle.
  3. Makes a delicious, aromatic liqueur.
