Wash the apples, cut into small pieces with the peel and place in a larger container. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin and cut into small pieces, add to the apples. Use the hand blender to grind the dandelions, apples and oranges cut into fine strips, add the yoghurt and continue pureeing. Top up with apple juice until the drink is creamy and liquid. Sweeten a little with honey to taste. Puree again. Serve cold.
