Instructions

  1. If using fresh peaches, put the peaches in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then immediately put it in icy water and peel off the skin. Cut the peaches into cubes and pour them into a punch bowl (if you are using canned peaches, keep the juice and refrigerate).
  2. Sugar the peach cubes and mix with the Cointreau. Let stand overnight.
  3. Just before serving, pour over the sparkling wine and sparkling peach wine (and the juice of the canned peaches - if used).
  4. And the best punch there is ready.
