Instructions

  1. Wash and core the peppers and cut into small cubes. Wash the cocktail tomatoes and, depending on the size, either halve or quarter. Debark the Gouda cheese and cut into bite-sized cubes. Chop the spring onions and place in a bowl with the peppers, tomatoes and Gouda cheese. Add salt, pepper, olive oil to taste and a dash of vinegar. Finally sprinkle with herbs (frozen or fresh). Parsley, chives, but also basil or a frozen mixture are particularly suitable.
  2. Is a delicious salad for grilling, but is also suitable as an accompaniment to almost all other dishes. Also tastes good only with baguette bread.
  3. Tip: It is best to process the cheese cold in the refrigerator and only add to the salad at the end and carefully mix in.
