Instructions

  1. Thread, wash and break the beans. Put in boiling water. Add salt and butter and cook for 20 minutes. Let cool on a sieve. Cut the herring fillets and jacket potatoes into even pieces. Finely chop the peeled onion and mix everything.
  2. For the marinade
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, lemon juice, pepper, salt and sugar. Pour over the salad and let steep for 60 minutes.
  4. Season again to taste. Sprinkle with washed, chopped parsley.
