Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla pulp until the sugar has dissolved and the vanilla pulp is evenly distributed. Gently stir in the buttermilk, sour milk and lemon juice.
  2. Serve ice cold with crushed rusks.
  3. Variation: Also tastes good with grated lemon or orange peel. Or with strawberries and whipped cream.
