Instructions

  1. Wash the orange in hot water, then rub the sugar cubes on the skin.
  2. Heat the sugar cube, red wine, cinnamon stick and nutmeg in a saucepan until a white foam forms. Remove from heat immediately and let cool down.
  3. Add the sour cherries with the juice (!) And cherry liqueur.
  4. Put in a cold place and let it steep (preferably overnight).
  5. Serve well chilled!
