Instructions

  1. Finely slice the red cabbage.
  2. Heat the lard, add the onion cubes and let it turn to glass for a moment.
  3. Add the grated red cabbage and all the other ingredients, mix well and stew for about 1 hour.
  4. Season again with salt and pepper and serve.
