Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Then place in a bowl with the sugar and eggs (be careful not to be too hot, otherwise the eggs will curdle!) And stir everything well (at least 3 minutes). Add the flour and mix well again.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, ricotta, eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar together.
  3. Now put the chocolate mixture in a sufficiently large baking dish or a deep baking sheet, spread the cream cheese and ricotta mixture on top and finally place the well-drained cherries on top.
  4. If you wish, the surface can be marbled a little with a fork before spreading the cherries, simply retain part of the chocolate mixture and spread it over the cheese mixture, then draw circles with a fork, then add the cherries.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C O / U for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Due to the cherries and the cream cheese-ricotta portion, the brownies taste very juicy and last a few days.
