Instructions

1. Mix the first five ingredients from balsamic vinegar to mustard well. Then gradually suppress the two oils. The sauce is ready. Looks like little, but is very economical.
2. Goes very well with leaf salads and mixed salads.
3. You can vary with finely chopped shallots or with different herbs of your choice.
