Instructions

  1. Boil frozen broccoli florets in plenty of salted water for approx. 5 minutes until firm to the bite, quench in ice water and allow to drain well (if necessary, carefully spin in the salad spinner).
  2. In the meantime, stir in the salad sauce.
  3. Cut the onions, peppers and boiled ham into fine strips and mix with the salad sauce. Vegetarians simply do without the cooked ham - it still remains tasty.
  4. Goes with almost everything.
