Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion cubes in sunflower oil until light brown. Deglaze with red wine and fill up with the meat stock. Add cola, espresso and brandy and cook for 5 minutes. Thicken with a sauce thickener and season with salt and pepper.
