Mix the cream cheese and grainy cream cheese, wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings - the finer, the tastier it is in the end. Roughly chop the dates and pour about 30 ml of boiling water over them - wait a moment - I usually use the time to mix the cream cheese with the spring onions. After 3 - 5 minutes, grind the dates with the hand blender. Stir the date mixture into the cream cheese and spring onion mixture, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a pinch of sugar.
Tastes wonderful as a spread or with vegetables as a dip.
