- Wash the leek, pat dry and chop finely. Also chop the dates into small pieces.
- Mix the cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Stir in the chopped leek and chopped dates and chill for about 4 hours (also overnight)
- Note:
- With low-fat cream cheeses, you may have to stir in more than one tablespoon of milk.
