Instructions

  1. Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Puree the soaked dates and the banana. Powder the oatmeal and peanuts in a blender. Mix all ingredients together and let the dough steep for a moment.
  3. Form approx. 10 - 15 small bars and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake until golden in about 10 minutes.
