Core the dates and fill with the creamy Roquefort. Then wrap each date in a slice of bacon and fix each with a toothpick. Then place under the preheated grill for 4 minutes.
Tip: all toothpicks point e.g. to the left). After this time, turn the dates (it`s quick and easy, all toothpicks now point to the other side).
Now pour port wine over it (don`t be sooooo economical here, you won`t regret it) and place under the grill for another 4 minutes.
