Instructions

  1. Sear the sliced sausages and spring onions in olive oil, then add the chopped zucchini and tomatoes, as well as the chopped garlic.
  2. Now add water and stock powder to the pot - bring to the boil for about 10 minutes. Add the corn with the tomato paste and cook for another 10 minutes, remove everything from the stove and stir in the processed cheese well. Now just add the spices to taste.
  3. If necessary, the sausages can also be fried separately so that the soup can be mashed into a silky soup before the sausages are added. A fresh baguette or ciabatta tastes best with it.
