Thaw the shrimp, rinse briefly in the colander and then drain. Clean and wash the tomatoes and spring onions, dab with a kitchen towel. Halve or eighth tomatoes, chop the onions into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic.
Mix the garlic clove with the dressing ingredients, season to taste and mix with the shrimp, tomatoes and spring onions.
Serve with a baguette.
The amount is enough for 4 people as a small lunch or dinner. As a starter it is also sufficient for 6 people.
