Peel and dice the apples. Put in a saucepan and fry or heat on the highest level. Add cinnamon and honey, mix. Deglaze with a little liqueur or wine when everything starts to steam and simmer. Then reduce until there is hardly any liquid left. Caution: It must not be porridge.
Fill into portion bowls. Just before serving, add the hazelnuts and raisins and mix. If you do this too early, everything tastes the same.
Tastes good with vanilla sauce.
Tip:
Instead of wine or in addition, you can add some amaretto.
