Knead the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Small meatballs are formed from this mass and fried. Chop an onion and fry it.
In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the carrots as well. Put in a saucepan and cover with water. Then add the 4 stock cubes and simmer everything for about 45 minutes.
Finally, season with a little Maggi and sugar and refine with herbs. Add the meatballs and the fried onions and heat briefly.
