Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Bring to the boil in salted water and cook until al dente. During this time, cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash. Drain the potatoes and bring the water to the boil again. Then let the florets simmer gently for 5 minutes. Pouring off. Cut the onions into cubes and roast them in a little olive oil.
  2. In a baking dish, first spread the potato slices, then the cauliflower florets and the fried onions on top.
  3. Beat the processed cheese with Cremefine until smooth. Possibly extend it with a little milk, depending on how much sauce you want. Press in the garlic cloves and season with a little salt, a lot of pepper, marjoram and lovage. Pour the sauce over the casserole. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and grill the casserole at 175 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  4. The casserole is a valuable vegetable meal and is also very popular with my children!
