• 4 tablespoon peach (s), from the tin
• 0.5 ½ handful raisins
• 0.5 ½ handful muesli (fruit muesli)
• 0.5 ½ handful cornflakes (whole grain, low in fat)
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 tablespoon quark (low-fat quark)
• some Milk
