Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Sweat the mushrooms, peppers and zucchini in the olive oil in the pan until everything is nice and soft. Add the tomatoes.
Cut the feta cheese and mozzarella into small pieces and add to the vegetables together with the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
Let simmer on a low flame for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot!
