Mix all ingredients except for the legs in a bowl with a spoon. This mixture is enough for 8 clubs, i.e. approx. 2 kg.
I always do it like this: wash the clubs and cut each part twice. Grease a large casserole dish and put in the legs that have been seasoned well with the mixture. Then brush with oil.
If you like, you can sprinkle some fresh rosemary and thyme over it.
Bake in the oven at 225 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes until crispy.
Tip:
when I have time, I let the clubs pull the night away.
