Put the flour, baking powder and spices in a bowl and mix with the mixer (dough hook), then add the milk, ham and cheese and mix everything together nicely.
The dough must not be too firm, but also not too runny!
Line one or two loaf tins with baking paper and fill in the dough. Please only use half the loaf pan, as the dough will still rise!
180 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the dough for 1/2 - 3/4 hour. When the crust is golden yellow, the bread is ready!
There are no limits to your imagination, you can use other ingredients instead of ham.
I use the bread as a snack, but also for barbecues with friends.
