• 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 4 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream
• 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoon vegetable broth
• 2 tablespoon, heaped chives
• 1 clove (s) garlic, minced or pressed
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
2. I always make a larger amount and pour the dressing into a sterilized bottle. It can then be kept for as long as the crème fraîche or sour cream.
