Peel the apple and pear and cut into wedges, cut the banana into bite-sized pieces. Put the apple wedges in a saucepan, add the juice, lemon juice and cinnamon and steam with the lid closed. When the apples are cooked firm to the bite after about 5 minutes, add the rest of the fruit and simmer gently for another one or two minutes, leaving the lid on.
Now fill the natural yoghurt into one or two bowls. Either add the honey to the fruit or mix it directly into the yogurt. Add the hot fruit to the yoghurt and stir or enjoy layered as desired.
