Instructions

1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, sauté in a pan in the oil over medium heat until translucent and leave to cool.
2. Stir the butter until creamy, stir in the mustard and onion. Chop the tarragon, stir into the mustard butter and season with salt and pepper.
