Put the milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. When the milk starts bubbling, reduce the heat a lot. Put the oat flakes in the saucepan with the milk and stir vigorously. Let the still liquid porridge simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with applesauce, cinnamon sugar and possibly fresh fruit. Tip: The porridge can also be stored in the refrigerator overnight and also tastes cold the next morning.
