Instructions

  1. Put the milk in an electric mixer. Pour in the frozen raspberries. Withhold a raspberry for decoration. Sweeten everything with liquid sweetener (if you like, but be careful, it gets too sweet very quickly!) And mix vigorously.
  2. Important: Do not mix for too long, otherwise the small kernels of the raspberries will be ground too much! After mixing with a spoon through a fine sieve (otherwise you will have a lot of small kernels in your mouth when drinking), spread into a tall glass, decorate with raspberries and serve with a straw.
  3. Tip: You can of course do the whole thing with any other frozen fruit. But it tastes best with raspberries.
  4. If you want to take fresh fruit, you should add ice cubes. I prefer frozen fruits because the milk doesn`t water down so much.
  5. The shake is a low-calorie, quick alternative to ice cream when you feel like something sweet in hot weather!
  6. If you don`t have to pay attention to the calories, you can of course take sugar instead of the sweetener and garnish the whole thing with cream! Or for the calorie-conscious as an alternative, stiffly whipped Cremefine as a cream substitute
