Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cook until soft. In the meantime, cut the bell pepper into cubes and the vegetable onion into half rings.
  2. Whip the vegetable stock with oil and vinegar in a salad bowl to make a dressing. Now cut the garlic into thin slices, then add them to the dressing along with the tuna and onion rings. After cooking, let the potatoes and carrots cool slightly (but should still be warm), cut them into slices and add them to the bowl. Season everything with salt, pepper and possibly garlic and vinegar!
  3. It goes well with fresh baguette, chicken legs with garlic, tapas or grilled meat.
