Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and agave syrup well in a salad bowl. Cut the pulp of the avocado, the clove of garlic and the onion into small cubes, whereby the onion (s) and garlic are much finer than the avocado. Quarter the tomatoes.
Put everything in the salad bowl with the dressing, mix and season with a little salt and pepper.
A simple recipe that also tastes good for men who otherwise only like salad with plenty of mayonnaise.
